Dr. Bayne has completed medical school and seven years of surgical residency: five in General surgery and two years in Plastic Surgery. He served as Chief Resident in General Surgery as well as in Plastic Surgery. Dr. Bayne is Board Certified by the American Board of General Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr.Bayne is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in cosmetic surgery, reconstructive breast surgery following breast cancer, traumatic and elective hand surgery, breast enhancement, body contouring with liposuction, maxillofacial trauma surgery and cleft lip and palate deformities.
