Dr. Stephen Bayne is a board-certified plastic surgeon who is skilled in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. We are proud to bring you the latest innovations in plastic surgery, specializing in breast surgery, hand surgery, repair of cleft lip and cleft palate, and body contouring using liposuction. Dr. Bayne makes it a priority to install state-of-the-art equipment in his modern Moline office (and the surgical suite inside the office), and he also feels it is of the utmost importance to spend time explaining procedures, new technology, and options to his patients.
